Organizations

Each user must be member of at least one organization. Once the user is registered the Default organization is created. User can be a member of multiple organizations and it is possible to switch the organization. Based on the current organization only the projects, tasks etc. belonging to current scope are displayed.

Users are able to create unlimited amount of organizations and invite already existing users or new users (by e-mail address). In case that e-mail does not exist in the database, user is not created until new account is created. At the end it is still required to accept the invitation.
